I really like the use of 4 colors (how everything can be told apart) as well as the way it changes on the moving gears, the way the ground was done and how the character seems to fit in with the environment. Very neato!

I really like the design of this character. The shading on the clothes is amazing and the way the tail looks, makes it seem like a soft pillow. Idk how to express it, but the use of warm of colors as well as the cheerful expression of the character gives off a positive vibe.

I really like the the style and design of this character. As well as how the ghostly trail on the lower body was done(I do not know the right name for it) and the background! Also, As for the question, I think this can be considered pixel art.
